THE LEADFORWARD SUMMIT 2025
The LeadForward Summit is The Mentoring Club’s inaugural annual online global conference, uniting our diverse community of over 500 mentors, mentees, volunteers, donors, sponsors, and partners spread across more than 50 countries and 6 continents. It’s also an invitation to those who are not yet part of our community to join a movement dedicated to transforming the future of leadership through the power of mentorship.
Our theme, “Inspiring Leaders Through Mentorship,” embodies our mission to empower individuals in the workforce to unlock their leadership potential. This summit offers a full day—13 hours—of engaging and inspiring sessions, featuring leaders from diverse fields, cultures, and backgrounds who will share their unique leadership journeys. Each talk, panel discussion, and workshop is designed to equip attendees at any stage of their career with the insights, skills, and encouragement needed to navigate and thrive in their leadership journey.
We know that leadership is not a solo endeavor. The LeadForward Summit is a celebration of community and a testament to the power of mentorship—showing that the path to leadership is achievable with guidance and support. At The Mentoring Club, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to grow, learn, and lead, no matter their background or career stage. This summit serves as a reminder that with persistence and the right mentorship, anyone can reach their goals and make a lasting impact.

THE MENTORING CLUB
The Mentoring Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide a mentoring community for aspiring and seasoned leaders.
Anywhere in the world, we help working people find mentors who can guide them to develop skills they need to achieve their career and life goals. We help mentees fulfill their goals through meaningful work that creates positive impact in the world.
As mentees become leaders, our dream is for them to become mentors to others.

TRUST
We believe that INTEGRITY, HONESTY, and COMMITMENT are values that make us trustworthy as individuals and professionals. They make us reliable, authentic, and capable of fostering deep, lasting connections that enhance our personal and professional journeys.
LEADERSHIP
We believe that HEALTH, VISION, and EXECUTION are values that make us successful as leaders. One without the others, leads to nothing. With health being foremost, we have to have all three to become successful leaders. It’s understandable that not everyone will have both Vision and Execution as strengths. So, if your strength is visioning, find someone who can help you execute. If your strength is execution, find someone whose vision you would like to support and help execute. Together, you can be successful leaders.
COMMUNITY
We believe that HUMANITY, CONTENTMENT, and FAMILY are values and social grounding forces that make us feel fulfilled and happy.
At the end of the day, even though we are successful leaders, if we don’t have anyone to share our success with, it will be a lonely success. Success isn’t just about professional achievements. True fulfillment comes from a balanced life—one where we are not only striving for our goals but also nurturing our well-being and building meaningful relationships. We are encouraging everyone in our community to live their lives in a holistic way—having a sense of self, a sense of ambition, and a sense of community.
